Thanks for your comment. We chose to commit 0.05% of our turnover rather than a percentage of profit because it’s a guaranteed, transparent way to ensure we always contribute to Rewilding Britain, regardless of how our year performs financially.
With profit-based donations, some companies end up giving little or nothing in slower years and in some cases, profits can be reduced on paper through accounting decisions, even when sales are strong. By tying our pledge to turnover, we remove that uncertainty and make sure our support is consistent and reliable.

I’ve been a Bumboo customer for close on 2 years now, firstly through Amazon but lately direct & I feel, and hope, I’m making a real commitment to the environment in Britain & the world in general by using Bumboo products, and I feel the quality of Bumboo products are higher than the none eco friendly “Branded” items.
